Our main activities are time charter vessels provision, freight broker services, shipping agents services, forwarding services, transshipment.
We provide sea and river vessels for time charter. Our efficient supply chain, combined with the flexibility in sourcing and logistics, allows us to provide substantial value to our global customers.
When chartering sea vessels SOUTH WEST OIL GROUP FZCO arranges the conclusion of a contract on sea transportation between the charterer and the shipowner. Our company provides search for a suitable vessel in the required time limit and at favorable freight rate, taking into account requirements for the vessel and terms of the cargo sale contract; provides consultations and information on the current state of the freight market, freight indication for planning sales and cargo transportation on different vessels starting from small coasters and up to Handy , Panamax- and Supramax.
We represent interests of a shipowner in port administration and other organizations when performing the procedures related to the vessel's entry into the port, provision of ship berths, tugboats, boats, pilotage, coordination and monitoring of cargo operations.
We ensure the process of cargo delivery from the supplier to the customer, choosing the optimal delivery method: by air, rail, road or sea transport, drawing up cargo documentation; customs clearance.
We provide the process of unloading, storage and loading of dry bulk cargoes, bulk cargoes, containers in sea and river ports.
Philipp holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration specialty, University of Regensburg Germany and Master's degree in International Business Administration of Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
As of now Philipp is TIS Supervisory board member, MV Cargo - Cargill JV board member, Co-Founder & Partner of SD CAPITAL - a unique Ukrainian portfolio investor in the maritime infrastructure and logistics sector.
Before joining TIS team Philipp Grushko was holding senior executive positions in international consulting companies, such as PwC, KPMG and Linklaters, and advised on more than 40 largest mergers and acquisitions of the world's leading industrial companies.
Since 2015 Philipp has was responsible for largest investment infrastructure projects in Ukraine - in particular grain terminal construction of Cargill and MV Cargo of $ 150+ million. Philipp also managed obtaining debt financing with from EBRD and the International Finance Corporation for a total of $ 74 million.
In 2020 DP World, global leading port’s operator, purchased control of 51% in TISContainer Terminal. The biggest M&A in Ukrainian infrastructure has been fulfilled by SD Capital team, coordinated by Philipp.
His vast career in infrastructure and logistics industry allows Mr Grushko to develop customer relationships for SWOG FZCO leveraging his superior network. His knowledge of Black Sea logistics is instrumental for delivering value across the entire supply chain.
Andrii holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Odesa State Economics University and a Ph.D. in Banking from Mechnikov National University in Odesa. In addition, he has a Specialist Degree in Jurisprudence from Odesa State Economics University, Faculty of Law. Andrii Vetriak began his career at JSCB “Pravex-Bank” as a Manager. There he was responsible for the development of a bank branch, involving fulfillment of planned indicators in all areas of business, hiring and staff training, and organization of advertising campaigns in the particular region.
Gaining this valuable experience, Andrii moved to JSCB “Ukrprombank”, taking the position of Head of the Retail Business Department. He not only has a deep understanding of retail banking activities and resources to meet retail banking objectives but also controlled the branch’s operating costs within the budget. Leveraging his extensive background, Andrii moved to JSCB “SotsComBank” as Vice-Chairman. He was responsible for executing and managing the actions in equity offerings that included drafting and structuring of material, logistics management, along with issue identification, its analysis, and resolution. Also, he researched and identified new opportunities by formulating and issuing factual financial reports and creating different kinds of business plans.
Andrii Vetriak, a skilled professional, now contributes at TIS LLC, the largest private terminal operator in Ukraine, as a Board Member. Due to his vast expertise, he is responsible for driving business development for TIS Group’s terminals, including the successful realization of unique projects of new terminals’ construction (berths, warehouses, conveyor galleries, and transshipping equipment), risk management, external audit, and business evaluation execution. As a Head of the Department, he oversees the relationships with external stakeholders.
